The common reasons for not discharging of the wood pellet machine are:
1. The moisture content of the material is inappropriate.
Too much or too little moisture in the material will cause the die hole to be blocked, causing the wood pellet machine to fail to discharge the material. In this case, the boss should check the summarized materials and control the moisture content between 10%-15%.
2. The mold pressure plate and the pressure roller are severely worn. The die platen and the pressure roller are the main parts of the pellet machine, and they are also vulnerable parts. If the parts are aging or malfunction, these are also the reasons that the wood pellet machine will not discharge. If it is a newly purchased wood pellet machine, you only need to look at which parts are not working to distinguish the problem. If it is a pellet machine that has been used for many years, it means that the parts are aging, and you can just replace the parts.
3. The mold compression ratio is inappropriate.
Different materials require different compression ratio molds. If you choose a regular wood pellet machine manufacturer, you will customize it separately according to customer needs at the beginning. Generally, this problem will not occur. If the material is not discharged, check the compression ratio of the mold. If it is not suitable, replace the material mold.
4. The material has high crude fiber content.
There are different types and powers of wood pellet mill for sale. For different types of pellet machines, the requirements for pelleting are also different. Some pellet machines are suitable for special pressing of coarse fibers, and some are suitable for special pressing of fine fibers. If you choose a small wood pellet machine to compress coarse fiber materials, it is also the reason why the pellet machine does not discharge. The solution is to communicate with the manufacturer and replace it with a wood pellet machine
5. The distance between the mold and the pressure roller is inappropriate.
The wood pellet machine promotes the formation of pellets through the extrusion of the accessory roller and the die. If the distance is not appropriate, the pellet machine will not be able to discharge the material normally. The solution is to adjust the distance properly.
6. There is material accumulation in the wood pellet machine.
After the wood pellet machine is produced, there will be some accumulations, and there will be no clean residue. After the next wood pellet machine is operated, due to the high temperature, it will solidify into a hard block, so the wood pellet machine cannot discharge the material normally. The solution is to clean the inside and clean up the residue.
